In the event of Meetings & Conferences, we provide cars as per the requirements of the Conference Organizers for :

• Usage by the Sales & Marketing and other Staff before and during the Conference.
• Airport/Railway Station Transfers for Delegates, Speakers and other VIP Guests coming to attend the conference.
• Transferring the Speakers & VIP Guests from hotel to the conference venue and back, in case the venue is separate from the hotel where they are staying.
• Transferring the Guests to the venue where special events related to the conference will be held, in case these are separate from the conference venue like : Opening Ceremony, Cultural Evening, Welcome Reception/Gala Dinner, Valedictory Function etc.
• Sightseeing Tours before and after the conference
